Best in Real Estate and Construction
The prestigious award recognizes dedication and commitment to building the Real Estate industry, as well as being a highly respected company advocating for best business practices in the housing sector.
The Chief Executive Officer of Home SafeTrust Ghana, Christopher Ohene Kwame Nuamah, won the Best in Real Estate and Construction Award of the Year at the 2022 Forty Under 40 Awards organized by Xodus Communications Limited in Accra.

The Award Scheme
The Award scheme is an initiative by Xodus Communications Limited with support from the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and the Ministry of Tourism. It celebrates Ghana’s most influential and accomplished young business leaders under 40 from a wide range of industries.
Mr. Nuamah has built and renovated over 100 houses for Ghanaians abroad. His company is working on an affordable 50-unit duplex housing project across 3 regions in Ghana. He generously supports his community through Mawerehosem TV, Kongrowth Aid Foundation, Kongrowth Records, and Home SafeTrust Gh.
